Roddy

Roddy provides the heartbeat for VOTBK, with solid and uncompromising drumming that locks the rest of the band together. He is also perhaps the most laid back member of the band.

Roddy grew up in the Borders and moved to Edinburgh at around the same time as Andy and John.  Roddy has drummed for two of Andy’s previous bands, Cry Hades and Cool Devil Hills, before leaving to complete a degree in acoustic engineering at Salford University.

Roddy is a multi-instrumentalist with an interest in in playing, recording and producing music in many diverse genres, from rock and punk, through jazz and fusion, to techo and drum and bass.
